Intrinsic Imaging Awarded Pivotal Phase II Clinical Trial Focused on Treatment of Degenerative Neuromuscular Disorder

Intrinsic Imaging, a full-service medical imaging core lab providing comprehensive services in support of Phase I-IV clinical trials and Class I, II, III medical device trials, announces today the award of a Phase II clinical trial for the evaluation of a novel biologic for the treatment of a rare degenerative neuromuscular disorder.

Intrinsic Imaging will provide its full suite of imaging core lab services for the duration of this trial. These services include study management, protocol and charter development, site qualification, training and management, image transfer, quality control and processing. Intrinsic Imaging will also perform all radiological reviews.

Intrinsic Imaging’s team has extensive experience in providing services in support of Phase I-IV clinical trials and medical device trials involving musculoskeletal imaging. With its team of 10 full-time board-certified, fellowship-trained musculoskeletal radiologists, their expertise includes the full complement of joint and spine disease processes and musculoskeletal interventions including pain management and device. Their multiple modality expertise in musculoskeletal imaging includes, but is not limited to, ultrasound, nuclear imaging, DXA, MR, and CT including novel techniques such as QCT, T2 Cartilage imaging, MARS imaging and Kinetic MRI.
