Ezekiel Elliott is accused of breaking a man’s nose in an altercation at a Dallas bar Sunday night, according to TMZ.
The gossip site obtained footage of a male victim lying on the floor after he was struck in the face. The individual who shot the video in question claims the unidentified male got into a verbal spat with a female from Elliott’s group, leading the Cowboys running back to step in.
This latest incident will further complicate Elliott’s upcoming season. Elliott is currently under investigation by the NFL stemming from a domestic violence allegation from last year. The Cowboys are playing host to the Giants in Week 1.

“On July 16, 2017, at approximately 9:40 p.m., Dallas officers were dispatched to a disturbance call in the 2500 block of Cedar Springs Road,” the statement read. “The disturbance involved a 30 year old male victim who stated he had been physically assaulted. According to the report, the victim did not know who assaulted him. The victim was transported to an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries. There were no arrests made for this offense, nor were there anyone listed on the report as a suspect.”
